Directions To Tioga Hunting Preserve

Tioga Boar Hunting Preserve is located in North Central Pennsylvania, near Tioga, PA. Tioga is on PA Route 287 in Tioga County, just 3 miles south of the northern end of Route 287 (10 miles south of the New York State line) and approximately 60 miles north of Williamsport. Route 287 is a north/south route running through Tioga County from just south of the New York State line (it joins US Route 15 (future I-99) seven miles south of the state line) to just west of Williamsport (in Lycoming County), where it joins US Route 220 (also future I-99).
Once you have arrived in Tioga, finding us is easy: take 2nd right past the closed Exxon gas station. Take Cowanesque Street (if you come to the Citgo gas station you went too far). Look for our yellow Tioga Hunting Preserve sign. Go 3 miles up the hill: it is a paved road that turns into dirt. Keep going to the Tioga Boar Hunting Preserve.
Long Distance Directions To Tioga Boar Hunting Preserve
From the South: When coming from the south, all roads eventually intersect with I-80, which runs east-west through central Pennsylvania. I-80 intersects with US Route 15 just south of Williamsport, in the center of the state.
From the North: When coming from the north (through New York State), all roads eventually intersect with I-86 (formerly Route 17), which runs east-west through southern New York State. I-86 intersects with US Route 15 3 miles west of the Corning exit, in the center of the state.
From the East or West via I-86 (formerly Route 17): On I-86, 3 miles west of Corning, NY, take US Route 15 South (Exit 44) approximately 20 miles, then take PA Route 287 3 miles into Tioga.
From the East via I-80: Take I-80 West to (exit 212) I-180 West to Williamsport (about 25 miles). At Williamsport take US Route 15 North (Exit 29) to Mansfield (about 60 miles). When you come to the end of the four-lane section of US Route 15, take a left onto 287 South to Tioga.
From the West via I-80: Take I-80 East to (exit 178) US Route 220 to Williamsport (about 25 miles). At Williamsport take US Route 15 north (Exit 29) to Mansfield (about 60 miles). When you hit the end of the four-lane section of US Route 15, take a left onto 287 South to Tioga.
From Washington DC: From I-95 take the Beltway (I-495) to I-270 North to US Route 15 North, then follow the directions in the "From the South" section.
From Philadelphia: Take I-476 (Northeast Extension) to I-80 West to Williamsport, then follow the directions in the "From the South" section.
From Massachusetts: Take I-495 to I-90 West to Albany. Take I-88 to Binghamton, then follow the directions in the "From the East or West via I-86" section.
